  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier partner performance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499:

    • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on location and product weight.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • A link to track your shipment online

If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure reliable delivery across India.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Festivals or government restrictions (e.g., lockdowns)

We will notify you in case of any delay.

7. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure:

  • Your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
