1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items without original packaging or invoice.

  • Products purchased on clearance, discount sales, or under special offers.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order number

    • Photo/video of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Our support team will review and approve eligible return requests within 24-48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send it back.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

  • For COD orders, you will be asked for your bank details for processing.


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • We will provide a free replacement or issue a full refund—based on your preference and product availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
