2. Non-Returnable Items

Items without original packaging or invoice.

3. Return Process

Our support team will review and approve eligible return requests within 24-48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send it back.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

For COD orders, you will be asked for your bank details for processing.
5. Replacement Policy
